Rebecca is managing partner at Fusion Law. She has extensive experience in securities and other complex litigation and government investigations.
Prior to Fusion Law, Rebecca served as executive vice president of Alliance Defending Freedom and was a member of the executive team charged with leading the global, legal non-profit organization to execute on its strategic objectives.
Rebecca also spent almost four years as section chief counsel for the Consumer Protection & Advocacy Section at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where she oversaw all consumer fraud, data privacy, and antitrust matters, including some of the state’s most high-profile litigation. She led a team that recovered record-breaking amounts of restitution for consumers.
Prior to those roles, Rebecca practiced securities litigation for seven years at a well-known law firm, where her practice focused on the representation of corporations and their officers and directors in the defense of private securities actions and regulatory proceedings.
Rebecca received her J.D. with honors from the University of Michigan Law School. Prior to law school, she taught high school mathematics for four years.
