Katlyn has experience in appellate litigation, government investigations, and constitutional law.
Katlyn previously served as a law clerk to Judge Michael Catlett of the Arizona Court of Appeals, and as an assistant attorney general in the Solicitor General’s Office of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. At the Attorney General’s Office, Katlyn assisted in briefing cases in the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals, District Courts, and Arizona State Courts.
Katlyn received her J.D. from Regent University School of Law where she served as an executive member of the Moot Court Board.
