Lee is a litigation partner at Fusion Law. He represents clients in complex commercial disputes, environmental litigation, and other expert-intensive litigation. His deep trial experience spans the full life cycle of disputes—from presuit investigations and discovery through trial and appeal—for clients in the energy, technology, life sciences, and health care industries. He also serves as litigation counsel in bankruptcy court.
Before joining Fusion Law, Lee was a trial lawyer at an international law firm for nearly ten years.
Lee earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he learned litigation at the highest levels as a member of the Penn Supreme Court Clinic. After law school, he clerked for the Hon. Edith H. Jones on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Prior to law school, Lee served as a logistics officer in the United States Army and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his service during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
