We have led state and federal enforcement divisions. We have successfully argued at every level of federal and state courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. And we have clerked at the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Ninth, and D.C. Circuits; U.S. District Court; and state appellate courts.
