Our team members designed and stood up the first state and federal FinTech sandboxes in the U.S., and helped establish federal regulatory policy on cryptocurrency.
We have experience working at high levels in federal agencies, such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Financial Stability Oversight Council. At the state level, our attorneys have worked in state attorney's general offices, led a state solicitor general's office, and served as counsel to a state legislative body.
