Kaitlin DiNapoli

Kaitlin DiNapoli brings experience in appeals, government investigations, and commercial litigation to the firm.
Kaitlin previously worked at a large international law firm. There she represented clients in state and federal courts, including authoring an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Before entering private practice, Kaitlin clerked for Hon. Raymond M. Kethledge of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and for Hon. Robert Kugler of the District of New Jersey.
Kaitlin received her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where she served as executive managing editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. She graduated summa cum laude and received the ALI/ABA Leadership Award. She received her B.S. in biology and psychology from the University of Dayton, where she graduated summa cum laude and received the Dean Leonard A. Mann, S.M., Award for Outstanding Student in the College of Arts and Sciences. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
