Our story

Founded in 2022, Fusion Law, PLLC is an innovative law firm that brings together talented lawyers who share a vision to perform the highest quality legal work and solve difficult and novel problems for their clients.  Fusion Law works with other attorneys on a contract basis and they are designated of counsel.   

Our team members (partners and contracted of counsel) have led consumer protection enforcement actions against Fortune 50 companies, resulting in settlements totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.  We have successfully argued at every level of federal and state courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.  And we have participated in prestigious clerkships with federal and state judges.

Our team also brings extensive experience with state, federal, and global regulators on policies to promote innovation in financial services. We have designed and implemented cutting-edge regulatory policies.  Our team members designed and stood up the first state and federal FinTech sandboxes in the U.S., and helped establish federal regulatory policy on cryptocurrency. 

We have experience working at high-levels in federal agencies, such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Financial Stability Oversight Council.  At the state level, we have worked in State Attorney General’s Offices, a State Treasurer’s Office, a State Auditor’s Office, and led a State Solicitor General’s Office.

We leverage our team’s experience as high-level state and federal regulators to provide strategic public policy services.
